How do I change Block IDs for mod items?
I recently installed both BabyAnimals and FiniteLiquids. I got a black screen for BabyAnimals, and soon I realized that there was a Block ID conflict between the "Hay Block" and the "Pipe Block" in the two mods.
I tried to open the properties for FiniteLiquids AND BabyAnimals in .minecraft>mods>DJoslin and Baby Animals
Does anyone know how to configure the block ids?

me too, i was installing the technic modpack and sdk's guns inflicted with a lamp?

Digger of Holes
Some mods have an editable file in it's contents which allows you to change the block ID. Don't know about these ones though.

I'm having a simmilar probem with RailCRaft and Portal Gun Mod
Ther apperantly sharing id 206.

Thirty-Two Years Old!
Like stated before, most mods have editable ids. for Mario, i suggest sending one of the conflicted ids up one number, but i think..... it is one of the id's in the 70 range is free. In all honesty, if create a new world with only the default technic mods, use nei to find empty id slots, you can allow nei to show them by going through the options in game.
